About the Role
Oversee daily blending and automated filling operations, ensure ISO 9001 quality standards, and drive manufacturing throughput.
Deliverables
What You'll Do
Manage daily production shifts across blending kettles and high-speed filling lines
Enforce strict safety, environmental, and batch traceability protocols
Coordinate with QC laboratory on batch sign-off and Certificate of Analysis issuance
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
3+ years supervisory experience in lubricant, petrochemical, or fluid manufacturing
Strong leadership and process optimization skills
