Our commitment

We are committed to supplying lubricants that consistently meet the specification and the expectations of our customers, to meeting applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and to continually improving our processes and products.

What we do in practice

• Test every batch in our own laboratory for properties such as viscosity, flash point and additive stability before dispatch, and provide a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) with supply.
• Source base oils and additives from certified, traceable suppliers and check incoming materials before use.
• Follow standardised, documented blending, filling and packaging procedures, with batch traceability from raw material to dispatch.
• Calibrate and maintain the equipment we use for production and testing.
• Record and investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, and take corrective and preventive action so that they do not recur.

People and responsibility

Quality is the responsibility of everyone at RBM Oil Corporation. We train our people for the work they do, give them clear procedures, and encourage them to raise problems early. Management provides the resources needed to keep the quality management system effective.

Objectives and review

We set measurable quality objectives, such as on-time delivery and complaint rates, and review them regularly in management reviews and internal audits. This policy is reviewed periodically to make sure it stays suitable and is communicated to employees and made available to customers and other interested parties.
