About the Role
Lead new product formulations, additive package testing, ASTM compliance, and custom client viscosity matching.
Deliverables
What You'll Do
Develop and optimize automotive and industrial lubricant formulations
Operate ASTM test rigs including kinematic viscometers, 4-ball wear testers, and FTIR spectrometers
Provide technical advisory and field failure analysis to industrial clients
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
M.Sc / Ph.D in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Tribology
5+ years hands-on formulation laboratory experience
Deep understanding of Group I-V base stocks and additive chemistry
